Description

The first volume is a compilation of works from the Asia-Pacific region. This book brings forward principles, dogma, and research of who’s who in the Asia-Pacific region in terms of innovation and pioneering in adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS). The 21 chapters tackle various aspects of AIS care including diagnostics, assessment tools, nonoperative care, alignment goals, surgical techniques, and outcome assessments. Each chapter reviews the most up-to-date evidence in the field, gives the expert’s personal standard of care, and discusses its future outlook.

This book is an essential read for all spine surgeons and practitioners who wish to brush up on the current evidence and perspectives.
